How long does switching business carriers take?
About three weeks from first conversation to fully switched. The reason it is rarely quicker is almost never the phones.
Stage by stage
Do not wait on the fiber
If a site needs fiber, the fiber will set your timeline and there is very little anyone can do about it. Which is exactly why we often stand the site up on 5G fixed wireless first and let the wired circuit catch up later.
The site trades from week one, and when the fiber finally lands you already have a working second connection — so the thing you installed out of impatience becomes your failover rather than something you throw away.
What actually goes wrong
Ports get held up by details on the losing carrier's account — a mismatched business name, an outdated address, an account PIN nobody has, a balance nobody knew about. All of it is fixable and all of it is faster to fix before the port request goes in than after.
The other one is doing everything on the same day. Large moves get staged by site or by team, so if something needs attention it affects a handful of people rather than the whole business.
Before you commit to anything
Send a photo or a PDF of your current bill. We will come back inside one business day with what the same setup costs on T-Mobile and on AT&T, and a realistic timeline for your sites rather than a generic one.
Working it out
Plain answers to the questions we get asked most, with the pricing next to them.
T-Mobile or AT&T?
Where each one actually wins, the pricing on six lines, and the catch in AT&T's advertised rate.

Under 20 lines you pay the rate card. From 20 to 99 the carriers will quote you — but only if someone registers the account.
Read it →Independent advice, or straight to the carrier?
It costs the same either way. What changes is whether anyone is looking at the whole picture for you.

Three different jobs it can do, what each costs, and why backup and coverage are not the same problem.
Read it →Running two carriers at once
Fiber from one, 5G failover from the other — and when one bill with satellite behind it is the simpler answer.
